Chip fit analysis to the pocket is mandatory, as well as stacking fit and clearance analysis.

• Our in-line thermoformers process all types of polymer sheets from PVC, PS , ABS, APET to special conductive or static dissipative grades of PC, PBT and other engineering plastics. Clear anti-stat topically coated with in-line coating complete the range of materials. Whatever your need, we can meet it. Starting from sheet in reel form provides you the customer, with unrivalled cost advantages.
