Credit Card Purchase Guidelines

- Contact your nearest Sales rep. or Sales agent via phone, fax or email.
- Obtain required part drawings, and other technical information like materials available, material MSDS, qualification data etc.
- Send request for price quote and lead time via phone , fax or email.
- A secure email with login details will be sent to you to transact with Citibank / Visa via a valid credit card to perform payment, if price quote is acceptable. A transaction accepted by Citibank / Visa may not be valid until payment is effected, even though the transaction is approved by Visa. Retain your transaction details until you receive positive confirming email from your ITW ECPS rep. or agent.
- Once payment is confirmed received by Citibank to ITW ECPS, your order will be processed and a shipment advise posted to your attention.
- Shipment will be effected unless countermanding instructions are received before shipment is made.
- Visa / Master credit cards are now accepted by Citibank.
